Recruiting FAQ
Yes. Design, commercial and digital-operations roles prioritize transferable skills; a full industry-knowledge onboarding and mentoring program is provided. Specialist roles such as quarry consultant or CNC programr do require relevant technical backgrounds.
Overseas allowance, housing support, annual flights home, local medical insurance and family-visit arrangements. Language training continues before and after deployment.
Typically 2 – 3 weeks from application to offer: screening within 7 working days, 1 – 2 professional interviews, a senior panel for management roles, and offers issued within 3 working days after the final round.
