Two IFC corporate headquarters — 21,000 ㎡ of public-area stone confronting the three challenges unique to a single-tower HQ: bespoke brand image, cross-floor visual consistency and a sense of ceremony. HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED Stone delivered digitally in 14 months.

The single-tower headquarters is conceived as a "vertical corporate city": the lobby's 12-metre double-height Calacatta Gold feature wall sets the ceremonial tone, the typical floors and offices take Carrara White as their keynote for a productive working atmosphere, and the conference center and lift lobbies use contrasting Nero Marquina for depth — three principal stones forming a complete visual order from public areas to private offices within one tower.
HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED Stone supplied and installed all public-area stone: 21,000 ㎡ of walls and floors, 96 round columns and over 30,000 wall and floor pieces, all factory pre-assembled and numbered, five-axis CNC machined to ±0.5 mm; the entire delivery completed within 14 months.
Three principal stones cover every scenario of a single-tower headquarters, from public ceremony to productive work.

Six stages from 3D scanning to floor-by-floor handover — 21,000 ㎡ of single-tower works completed in 14 months.

360° laser scanning of all 52 floors produced millimetre-level point clouds, resolving 198 structural deviations in advance.

Every slab factory pre-assembled and numbered, with piece-by-piece installation drawings and floor-by-floor packing.

Five-axis CNC machined the curved panels for 96 round columns and over 30,000 wall and floor pieces to ±0.5 mm.

Packed floor by floor in reverse installation order, with shock-absorbing lining in wooden crates; zero breakage in city transport.

Vacuum-lifter hoisting combined with laser levelling kept the visual result perfectly consistent across floors.

Public areas ground and crystallised as one: flatness ±1.2 mm, gloss 90°.
Craft details up close — a single-tower HQ is won in millimetre-level rigour.

Walls use underbolt dry-hanging with three-way adjustable clamps; 304 stainless fittings passed 2 million fatigue cycles.

1,600 mm slab flooring laid with levelling clips to joints under 1.0 mm.

The lobby's 6-metre medallion was waterjet-cut into 1,200 pieces, pre-assembled and approved as a whole before leaving the factory.

Curved panels cut in quarter-circle segments and calibrated one by one with a temporary positioning ring; joint deviation ≤0.3 mm across all 24 lift lobbies.

Book-matched joints tinted with color-matched epoxy; after arris polishing the gloss is indistinguishable from the slab face.

Public-area stone siliconised and crystallised to stain resistance grade 5, cutting annual maintenance cost by 45%.
Cross-floor visual consistency, productive offices and a sense of ceremony — HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED Stone answers with data.
All 52 floors of a single-tower HQ must look the same; conventional site work can hardly keep veining continuous across floors.
The 12-metre double-height entrance wall demands exact book-matching — easily misaligned by conventional installation.
Office floor flatness directly affects trolley movement and furniture stability.
Five stone varieties must come from the same vein and batch, or floors will show color variation.
