Yes. Samples are dispatched within 3 working days after confirmation; international delivery typically takes 5–10 working days. Shipping is charged at cost and credited on your first order.

💰 Is there a minimum order?

Minimums vary by stone and specification: ready-stock slabs allow flexible quantities, while bulk and project orders are quoted separately. Ask us for details.

🎨 How do you handle color variation?

Natural stone varies by nature. We control variation with batch management, provide batch photos and sample comparisons before shipment, and recommend on-site approval for large projects.

⏱️ How long do orders take?

Ready stock: 7–15 working days. Custom fabrication: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Large projects follow a schedule agreed in writing.
