Part-Time Sales Agent (Europe / Africa)

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively source stone demand in your country and city: property developers, main contractors, architecture and interior practices, stone distributors and fabricators;
2. Present HSST slabs and project customisation, collect project details (application, area, stone type, budget, lead time) and hand them to Hong Kong HQ;
3. Work with HQ on quotations, sample dispatch and technical Q&A to convert enquiries into firm orders;
4. Maintain regional client and channel relationships, following up on ongoing and planned projects;
5. Take part in local trade shows, associations and online communities to grow HSST's brand and lead pipeline in the region;
6. Submit a monthly regional brief (project movement, pricing and competitor activity, key account progress).

Requirements & Qualifications

• No degree requirement; familiarity with the local construction, stone or finishing-materials market preferred;
• 1+ year in sales or business development for building materials, stone, ceramics, sanitaryware or engineering projects preferred;
• Languages: able to communicate in the local language and English; Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a plus;
• Own computer and internet access, flexible hours, results-driven working style;
• High integrity, comfortable with a commission-only model, strong client development and relationship skills.
