Factory Production Director
RMB 35,000–55,000 / month + annual profit sharing
Own end-to-end operations of a 200+ person processing base — planning, quality, cost, safety and delivery — supporting 300,000+ ㎡ annual capacity and on-time delivery of global project orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute annual/quarterly production plans, coordinating scheduling, equipment, staffing and materials for on-time delivery;
- Lead ISO 9001/14001 implementation and annual audits, driving continuous improvement in quality and environmental performance;
- Build and monitor KPIs (yield, on-time delivery, unit cost, safety) with monthly reporting to the group;
- Drive digital production management (scheduling system, work-order flow, barcode tracking) to lift per-capita output;
- Own workplace safety and fire compliance, organising training and emergency drills;
- Plan and execute equipment overhauls, technical upgrades and capacity-expansion projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in industrial engineering, mechanical, materials or management;
- Experience: 10+ years managing large stone or building-material plants, including 5+ years as plant manager/director;
- Skills: strong lean production and ISO 9001/14001 command; full command of bridge-saw, polishing and profile-processing cost structures;
- Leadership: managed 200+ person teams; skilled at building crew ladders and performance mechanisms;
- Digital: hands-on MES/ERP implementation or deep usage;
- Attributes: resilient, results-driven, willing to work on-site.
Bonus Points
- Listed-company or foreign-invested manufacturing background preferred;
- Smart-factory / lights-out line project experience a plus;
- Familiar with HK-invested corporate culture preferred.
