Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician
RMB 9,000–15,000 / month + skill allowance
Maintain bridge saws, polishing lines, waterjets, cranes and electrical systems at the Guangdong (Foshan) base — daily upkeep, rapid breakdown response and preventive plans to keep the line running safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily checks, weekly servicing and annual overhauls; maintain equipment health records;
- Respond rapidly to line breakdowns (mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic) minimising downtime;
- Manage spare-parts inventory and consumable replacement (diamond tooling, belts, hydraulic oil);
- Support new-equipment installation and coordinate with vendor engineers;
- Enforce equipment safety procedures; join safety inspections and hazard rectification;
- Propose technical improvements to cut energy use and maintenance cost.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Technical secondary / associate degree or above in mechatronics or electrical automation;
- Experience: 3+ years factory M&E maintenance; stone/ceramics equipment preferred;
- Skills: able to read electrical and mechanical drawings; basic PLC troubleshooting; electrician license held;
- Knowledge: bridge-saw, grinding heads and waterjet intensifier principles preferred;
- Attributes: hands-on, fast-responding, able to cover night emergency shifts;
- Others: comfortable with dusty workshop environment.
Bonus Points
- High-voltage electrician / welding certificates a plus;
- Italian/German imported equipment repair experience a plus;
- Basic fitter and welding skills a plus.
