The first 32,000 m² has been loaded at Xiamen Port, arriving at Jeddah in roughly 40 days. The project runs on HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED's batch-locking + dedicated-line mechanism: every block numbered at the quarry, fully traceable through cutting, QC and loading, delivered floor by floor.
The complex sits in Riyadh's core business district, spanning Grade-A offices, a luxury hotel and premium retail — 120,000 m² of stone across 11 varieties including Calacatta, Jazz White and Black Galaxy. The first 32,000 m² shipment left Xiamen Port and is due at Jeddah in about 40 days.

LIMITED activated its batch-locking + dedicated-line mechanism: every block is numbered and registered at the quarry, traceable through cutting, QC and container loading, with site installation pushed floor by floor.
