Using a typical Hong Kong residential project, this guide walks through the full process from enquiry to installation, the timeline of each step and the details homeowners should check.
Prepare the kitchen drawing, site photos or hand-written dimensions, and message a consultant via WhatsApp, form or email with the use (countertop/floor/furniture), preferred stone and budget. A preliminary quote range usually follows within 1–2 working days.
Once tiling is done and cabinet positions are set, we re-measure on site: exact dimensions, sink and hob cut-outs, sockets and upstands, joint layout and veining direction, plus the lift and corridor access route. Measurement is complimentary in urban Hong Kong — book 2–3 days ahead.
Every natural slab varies, so view slabs in our Mong Kok showroom, or ask a consultant to bring samples to match your lighting and cabinet colours. Once a slab number is confirmed, the stock is reserved to avoid batch-variation disputes.
Within 2–3 working days of measurement and selection you receive a formal itemised quote — material, fabrication (edges, cut-outs, mitres), transport and installation — with the schedule and acceptance criteria stated. Confirm to lock production.
Slabs enter our local CNC workshop for cutting, waterjet cut-outs, edge profiling, 45° mitres and fine-joint work, followed by penetrating sealer where required and 68 QC checkpoints before dispatch.
The installation team fits and joins the pieces on site with joint care and surface protection. Check edges, cut-outs, joints and levels, sign off, and receive aftercare guidance; avoid heavy loading for about 24 hours so the joint adhesive cures fully.
We can give a preliminary quote and help you choose stone from the cabinet drawing; the formal re-measurement normally happens after tiling and cabinet layout are fixed, so dimensions, joints and cut-outs are accurate. For replacing an old countertop, measurement can be booked directly.
On-site measurement is free in urban Hong Kong; book about 2–3 days ahead via WhatsApp and the formal quote follows within 2–3 working days. Remote New Territories or large projects can be arranged separately.
